Massage Therapy | Massage therapy is known to support in the recovery of a large variety of issues including pain, injury, stress, circulation, blood pressure, anxiety and depression. It can be argued that massage therapy should be a life-long regularly scheduled part of general health and wellness maintenance.
 

Lymphedema Therapy | Lymphatic decongestion therapy, compression and specifically designed exercises can promote fluid movement and fluid assimilation.

 Cupping Therapy | Cupping is a powerful adjunct therapy to improve functioning of the lymphatic system, immune system, detoxification pathways,  digestive and muscular systems. It’s also a strengthening technique for muscle, joint and tendon pain. 

Hot Stone Therapy | Hot stone massage can help with muscle soreness, pain, and inflammation. It can also improve circulation, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. The deep heat penetration provided by the stones can improve the results of massage therapy.
 

Suzun has been working in the field of human services for over 30 years. She served in various settings such as in-home support for the aging and educational settings with academic and physically disadvantaged students.  In addition to earning her credentials in Certified Massage and Lymphedema Therapy, Suzun holds a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in special education, and has completed her graduate curriculum in Chinese Medical school. In addition, she has experience with and continues to attend educational seminars and workshops on the topic of Bariatric medicine. Suzun continues her healing practice while also serving as an office manager with Christina Pabers PhD, L.Ac in her medical practice in Camarillo, CA.

In practice, Suzun is passionate about meeting people where they presently are in their healing journey. She loves working with the aging population and does so with deep understanding and respect. She is HAES ™* aligned, and works with people in larger bodies and treats them with dignity and respect. She finds great comfort in sharing her knowledge and experience of bariatric medicine with clients who are post bariatric and working towards health and wellness.
